Everything was perfect. The rooms are big, good looking and clean, the reception is very nice. We could do an early check-in and store our luggages with them after the checkout. They were very arranging and kind. The location is perfect too - you can walk everywhere. The beds are super comfy. Nothing negative to say!

This is a perfect choice for families visiting Madrid. We had a two-bedroom, two-bath suite, with a kitchen, dining area, and living room area, for much less than two hotel rooms. The suite was well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. The reception area was staffed at all hours, and staff were always courteous, efficient, and helpful. Very satisfied with this stay!

Plaza de Espana Skyline is where you want to go. The staff is professional very helpful and understanding ( thank you Denia and Diego). Next the location...restaurants, convenience stores, Royal Palace Hotel Riu rooftop bar with 260°views and biggest Zara in same building are all in walking distance and very safe beautiful area. The apartment is clean cozy and has all you need! Thank you for the Spanish hospitality, we truly felt at home!

Firstly, the location was great. We were close enough to Gran Via, with shops and restaurants. Yet the street was quiet and it felt safe. The apartment was pretty, spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the park. Everything was well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My only criticisms would be that having only 1 dishwasher pod didn’t seem to make sense for a four night stay, especially as there was no drainer for when we washed dishes by hand. Also, a few packets of salt and sugar would have been appreciated.

We stayed in a superior apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, lovely open spaces and the main attractions of Madrid. The staff were very friendly, helpful and happy to recommend local resturants and attractions. We loved our stay!
